2. Production Time
Turnaround varies by service (typically 3–10 business days). Rush orders may be available — call to confirm.
3. Approval & Revisions
Final designs require client approval before production. Revisions after approval may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Custom production cannot be refunded once printing or installation has started. Deposits are non-refundable on cancellation.
5. Intellectual Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring they own or have rights to all artwork submitted for production.
